There shall be 2 cubs, both females. Cub 1 - Coat: Light Grey Eye: Amber Other: Will get killed by a stampede of gazelle on very first hunting trip. Cub 2 - Coat: Ginger Eye: Amber Other: Will be kidnapped when parent's are sleeping. PS - We should give Shaundi 3 litters and on the last of the 3 will be a male. Is this okay? We can kill the cubs as soon as and no one really has to play them or make charries for them. If you don't like this idea, tell me and i will fix  |

I think the last should be that that only one or two sons survive or one and the one that survives is kinda a sick little cub and Cray has to cope with that fact that the heir to the throne won't be as powerful as his father and mother were. Perhaps that could cause tension for him. Is Shaundi dying like we first thought or no? If so Perhaps Shaundi dies protecting the other two males because of the sick and only surviving one did something stupid. Like wondered up to a bear, or they started to swim.
I don't know, just spitting out some random ideas here.

It was just a thought. Like, Shaundi dies because say, the living son, has the others and Shaundi killed because he puts them in danger.
So, lets say the surviving cub is named Fenrir. Fenrir and his two brothers go out to play, and Fenrir, trying to look all big and strong, wonders into a bear den. The two other brothers follow and because of it--they run into the mother bear who causes them to be in danger. Shaundi (if we want her to die) comes and saves Fenrir but loses her life, trying to save the others with she fails to do. Or we could just have other people plays the other males. That's cool with me too. Just putting options out there.

Wait, what? She has a second litter, after this one dies and her next litter is 3 sons. She dies trying to protect 2 of them, like you said.
