Blade

I sat under the shading palm tree, hiding from everything, everyone.
Images of the beautiful Rein flashed through my mind but then cleared.
It had been around 2yrs after Moro had broken my heart, mind and soul with Mars ... and i was stronger.
I had been a scruffy slip of a gingery-blonde wolf when i revealed myself to Moro after she broke me inside and out.
She had been horrified, but i ran off ... not before falling in love with her daughter, Rein.
Rein used to be my world, my only reason for living.
But then she had grown up, and i had saw she was too much for me ... i wasn't good enough for her.
Rein had blossomed into a gorgeous she-wolf, with loads of friends and amazing hunting skills.
She had been smart and witty, skillful and fast.
I still loved her ... but i let her move on.
She was younger and better than me ... she should have the chance to live, enjoy life while she can.
I sighed, opened my ears, slitting them against the bright scorching sun light.
I yawned and stretched out, admiring myself in the tide that was washing over my paws.
I had transformed in the space of 2yrs.
I was bigger, musclier and my infected paw had healed and no longer hurt.
My icy blue eyes shone like sapphires and my strawberry blonde coat was fluffy, soft and silky.
I spun around, taking a deep breath.
"Time to win you back".

[Nami]

Kapu trotted down along the beach, taking his early morning jog. He saw a wolf lying underneath a shady palm tree. He looked relaxed. Kapu was in a good mood, enjoying the day. "Hello." He greeted, trotting up to the male.

[Emily Coleman]

Rein!
I smelled my love and turned around.
"Oh ... i thought you were R ... some one else" I said flatly.

[Nami]

"Well, sorry to disappoint." Kapu said, tail lowered. "Kapu." he greeted, "and you are?"

[Emily Coleman]

"Blade." I said, getting up.
"I am an ex warrior for Queen Moro and her gorgeous daughter .... Rein" I said Rein's name all dreamily, misty eyed.

[Nami]

Kapu smirked, "You know the princess? She is quite a 'bute." He nodded, "I'd let to get to know her real well." he mused, thinking about it.

[Emily Coleman]

I froze, swallowing my rising anger.
"Hah!" I scoffed, walking off in the direction of Rein's mini castle.
Not if i get there first

[Nami]

Kapu growled, he never enjoyed be made fun of or scoffed at. He had a lot of pride. "What? Where are you going?" He snarled, keeping pace with the older male.

[Emily Coleman]

"Some where" I stared straight ahead, starting to jog.
Rein, Rein, Rein!
"TO REIN!" I yelled, before sprinting off.

[Nami]

Kapu kept pace, knocking into Blade's side, causing him to slow long enough for him to gain a second ahead of the older timer. "Ha, not now you aren't!" He growled, always enjoying a good race.

[Emily Coleman]

"Move, young one!" I snarled, tripping the wolf up.
I saw the castle and ran up the stairs, bursting into Rein's room.

[Nami]

Kapu burst through the door was well, leaping up, over and in front of the male, laughing before skidding to a halt.

[Emily Coleman]

Rein --

I stared speechless at the 2 males.
"Kapu ... BLADE!" I screamed, leaping for the ginger wolf, hugging him close, tears already pouring down my cheeks.

Blade --
I started showering Rein with kisses, ignoring Kapu altogether.

[Nami]

Kapu growled--jealous that Rein had chosen this old wolf over him. He snarled and stocked off, ready to inform the queen of what was going on.

OOC -- Rein hasnt chosen Blade ... she was happy to see him

[Nami]

OOC-- Kapu is still jealous. He doesn't share. xD But thanks for letting me know.

Kapu stopped in the stair well, listening to them laugh and joke.

Rein suddenly stopped, standing up.
"Kapu" She poked her head out of the door way, saddened.
"Don't" She mouthed at him, tears brimming.

[Nami]

Kapu turned and looked at her dead in the eye, "Just...don't."

[Emily Coleman]

"I ... i'm not choosing Blade" I hissed back.
Blade overheard.
"W ... what?" He asked, pained.
"I can't Blade. Your a great friend and i care for you deeply ... but your older and Moro wouldn't allow it" I said.

[Nami]

Kapu felt a bit sorry for Blade but he was still happy that Rein was choosing him. "I'll... leave you two to talk." He said, slowly trotting down the stairs.
