Mars
King
I stood in our tower, calling silently to my daughter, son and wife.
Come now ... gathering ... hurry ...
Rein
I heard my father's message. "Kapu ... Kapu, wake up. Do you want to come to the family gathering? You aren't allowed but ... oh well" I half grinned and thought of my cubs. I sent a message to Mystic and finally the she-wolf appeared at the entrance of my cave. "Do an old friend a favour, eh?" I pointed to the sleeping cubs.

Moro and Cray--
It had been a long time since she had hear Mars calling out her name. The dark queen opened her eyes, her black magic meditation pulling her and their son, Cray, from their long hours of training. Both mother and son locked eyes for a brief moment before standing and running side by side in the many dungeons tunnels under the old castle.
Kapu--
The young father and mate grumbling in his sleep, hearing his mate call him to rise. He stood, blinking away the sleep from his eyes and yawning as he did so. He nodded, "If they chase me away--I'll go hunting with some of the other males." He answered, shaking off the dirt from the den and following his mate out into the open air. He nodded to the she wolf and licked his cubs goodbye, "Thank you." he mouthed before turning and leaving.

Mars ...
I stand in the middle of my family, Rein and her mate (i forget his name) surrounding my left while my Queen and son stand on my right.
"As you all may know, Haze has returned. And Mareous defied Moro ... Blade is missing ... has anyone seen him? Then there is the future and wellfare of mine and Moro's new grandcubs. Much is to be discussed"

Moro gave one long lick to her mate, lust and love mixing in her eyes. It had been so long since they had touched each other. She nodded and her eyes flashed angrily at the thought of Haze and Blade. If Mars allowed her--she'd kill her great great niece in an instant.
Cray shook his head, "I have not seen him for a while. Why?"
Kapu felt a bit of fear jab in his heart, he knew that Blade was alive, but he did not want to say anything, unless the wolf that had saved his cubs, would be promised that no harm would come to him.

I gave a long, lusting look to Moro, promising 'cuddles and kisses' later.
"Haze will have no harm brought to her ... yet. And Blade knows lots of secrets ... secrets that could be wild and weird when let out" I said.
Rein --
"I've not seen Blade for a while, sadly. What about you, Kapu?" She turned to her mate, concerned.

Moro licked her chops, eyes her mate lustfully. She then turned, making sure to brush Mars with her tail. "I agree, Blade must be found. Haze is not a concern of mine for now." She said, giving Cray a knowing look.
Kapu stiffened, suddenly nervous with being addresses, "I haven't heard or seen of Blade." He said, trying to sound confident, as if there was nothing to hide.

Kapu shrunk backward, giving his mate a nervous look. "I uh, mind if I speak with you my dear?" He asked, giving her a desperate look.
Moro narrowed her eyes at Kapu and sent Cray a messaged: What's up with him? What's he hiding?
Dunno. Cray sent back, his eyes locked on Kapu's.

Moro's eyes flicked over to Mars and then she entered into Kapu's mind. She felt his fear and then saw the source She followed it to a memory of Blade saving them from a bear and Kapu knowing he had to submit to the male.
That's why. Moro thought, sending the information over to Mars.
Kapu saw the exchanged glances between the royal couple and gulped, they knew something.

"We don't know SOMETHING, we know EVERYTHING!" Mars yelled, throwing Kapu to the floor, fire exploding in his eyes.

Kapu yelped and pulled back in fear, his eyes widening. "Alright! I knew, but I am Blade's slave now. It was either this information or the life of my cubs."
Moro smirked, feeling a strong attraction to Mars, seeing him so angry.

"You .. you never told me" Hurt showed loud and clear in Rein's eyes.
"Blade would never kill your cubs Kapu, you coward!" Mars stepped back, growling.

Kapu stood, feeling a sense of bravery burn within him. "If I feared for the own safety of my cubs and never wanted to risk them. If that's a kind of cowardice--I'm proud to be it." He turned to his mate, "Rien, I'm sorry. I didn't want to worry you. I saw how sick you were feeling once the cubs and I left the cave, I wanted you to feel well rested."

Rein stared at her mate, then her father and stepped back, eyes lowered.
"You see the shame you've brought upon us?" Mars asked, locking the doors mentally.

Kapu felt as if a jagged stone had ripped across his heart. His mate and inlaws were ashamed of him. He turned towards Rien, "If you wish me to leave, I'll do so. But I refuse to let your parents take me away from the wolf I love and our cubs." Only Rien and the cubs was held his fate, no one else.
Moro scoffed, disgusted with Kapu's actions.

Kapu gave a soft lick to his mate, he'd thank he more openly later. "Thank you." he whispered.
Moro snarled, "He lied too you, and he submitted to Blade. What does that say about his character?"
